Complete Signage Upgrade for Northwood – Lincoln Branch

The Brief
Northwood, a leading estate agency, approached Allen Signs to deliver a full signage refresh at their Lincoln branch. As part of a wider rebrand, the goal was to modernise their visual identity, improve street visibility, and create a consistent brand experience both inside and out.
Our Solution
We delivered a comprehensive signage package that transformed the building’s appearance from every angle. The project included illuminated fascia signage, updated window graphics, and eye-catching internal branding to reflect Northwood’s updated look.
At the front of the building, we installed a bold illuminated fascia sign using energy-efficient LED lighting to ensure visibility day and night. A clean, non-illuminated tray sign was also fitted to the rear elevation, boosting brand presence for foot traffic and passers-by from all directions.
To complement the external signs, we removed outdated window vinyls and applied fresh Contra Vision graphics to the rear-facing windows — providing privacy inside while promoting the brand to the outside world. Additional cut vinyl was added to the front glazing for a clean, modern finish.
Inside the branch, we brought the space to life with a full-colour wall vinyl graphic that reflects Northwood’s approachable, professional tone. A stand-off acrylic logo was also mounted to the feature wall, adding depth and a premium touch that greets customers the moment they walk through the door.
The Result
The signage upgrade has transformed Northwood’s Lincoln branch into a vibrant, well-branded space that leaves a strong impression from first glance to final meeting. With a seamless flow from external signage to internal detail, the branch now fully aligns with the company’s refreshed identity and nationwide rebrand.
